Booking

Can be taken by telephone, fax or by e-mail, in the latter case please provide a phone number for me to call you.

Payment

By credit card, cleared cheque, or cash.

Credit card details are required to secure a booking by telephone, fax or online.

A credit card surcharge of 4% applies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation less than two weeks before arrival. The full amount will be charged.

Cancellation two weeks to four weeks, 50% of due amount.

No refunds will be due for unused accommodation.

An administration charge of £5 per person will be due in respect of cancellations.
