A  listed, gracious and  elegant Victorian family home built in 1872 and situated in a leafy conservation area within walking distance  of Wimbledon main line and underground station.

Anna's B&B offers a selection of delightfully-furnished double and  family rooms. All have digital TV, clock radio, trouser press and  a hair dryer.

The  master bedroom, overlooking the garden, has an ensuite jacuzzi marbled  bathroom and a balcony where you can soak up the sun. Outdoors,  guests can also relax in the tranquility of the 70ft. garden, complete with pond and a yorkstone paved terrace.

Indoors, polished wooden floors plus an abundance of green plants help give a rustic effect in a house which is only fifteen minutes from the heart of England's capital city.

Anna's breakfast consists of orange juice, a selection of 10 different  cereals, a selection of continental  bread, toast, pancakes,  muffins,  brioche, fruit loaf, selection of cheese, salami  and ham, home-made jams and marmalade, coffee, tea, cocao and milk.

Anna's hospitality is unique. At one time, a part-time tourist guide, she has lived in England for thirty five years and knows every nook and  cranny of London as any well-seasoned tourist.

The  accommodation has been approved by a number of agencies in England, Austria and Germany.
